The Village Club is situated at the centre of the village and for many decades has offered a convivial location for local people to meet and share friendship and fellowship.
Bingo is held fortnightly on a Saturday evening with a raffle. Quiz Night is the third Tuesday of a month with a £25 prize for the winning team and a raffle. Themed meal evenings are held once a month when take-aways are brought in and a light-hearted quiz is held after the meal. Curry, Chinese, Fish & Chips and Pizza nights are all planned and advertised on the banner outside the Club.
Games - we have a dart board, pool table, shove ha'penny, playing cards, crib boards and other games available for members to enjoy.
The Club is run by an elected Committee who all take turns behind the bar and is normally open during the evenings from 7.00 p.m. and on a Sunday lunchtime from midday.
